Thanks Mr.H. It's the 'head' of one of these http://www.amazon.com/Yamato-Moe-Black-Armored-Action/dp/B001HX4HZI (other parts of the hull and legs will be strewn about the base too) - the tubing and cable/wires are additions by me.
