...as with the 'Proteus' any more work on the 'Armadillo' will be done once it's permanently mounted on a base.

...this is probably as near as I'm going to get with the 'Proteus' before the Kickstarter ends (only 23 hours to go so better get a move on!). I've taken it off the painting mount (ok, the cork!) and will finish any painting when it's mounted on a base (and replace the missing rear 'toe' at the same time).
